1. Website use

This website provides general information about Tactical Edge Drone Services. Website content and form submission do not create a contract, guarantee availability or authorize a flight.

2. Quotes and scope

A binding service agreement begins only after Tactical Edge and the customer agree to written scope, price, deliverables, schedule and applicable terms. Changes may require a revised quote.

3. Operational limitations

Drone work depends on airspace authorization, weather, visibility, site access, safety, equipment readiness, personnel availability and applicable law. Tactical Edge may delay, modify or decline operations when conditions are not suitable. The pilot in command retains final authority over flight safety.

4. Emergency requests

Tactical Edge is not a 911 service, public-safety answering point, law-enforcement agency, fire department, emergency medical provider or guaranteed emergency-response organization. Contact official emergency services first when life or property is in immediate danger.

5. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate site, access, hazard, ownership and contact information and obtain permissions they are responsible for under the agreed scope.

6. Deliverables and interpretation

Unless expressly included in writing, imagery is observational documentation and is not an engineering, surveying, roofing, electrical, medical or legal opinion. Qualified specialists remain responsible for professional interpretation.

7. Media and intellectual property

Ownership and permitted use of deliverables will be defined in the quote or service agreement. Tactical Edge will not publicly use customer-confidential media without permission where confidentiality applies.

8. Payment, cancellation and rescheduling

Payment timing, deposits, cancellation fees, travel charges and rescheduling terms will be stated in the accepted quote or agreement. Safety or regulatory rescheduling is handled according to that agreement.

9. Liability

Any warranties, limitations and remedies applicable to paid services will be stated in the signed agreement and governed by applicable law.
