When you submit a contact, quote or emergency-intake form, we collect the information you provide, such as name, company, phone, email, location, requested service and message details.

How we use information

We use submitted information to evaluate requests, communicate with you, prepare quotes, plan authorized work, deliver services, maintain business records and improve operations. Form information enters the private TEOS sales workflow.

Employment applications

Careers submissions include contact details, job-related experience, qualifications, availability and responses to five workplace scenarios. Authorized recruitment staff review this information to evaluate applications, conduct interviews and record hiring decisions. Scenario results inform human review and do not automatically reject applicants. Successful applicants can have their contact information carried into secure employee onboarding. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information or identity documents through the public application. Request corrections through our contact page.

Operational and media data

For contracted work, we may retain mission plans, authorizations, flight records, images, video, derived products, delivery records, invoices and communications as needed for service, safety, legal and recordkeeping purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with personnel and service providers who need it to perform authorized work, process payments, host systems or meet legal obligations.

Security

TEOS uses authenticated employee access and role restrictions. No system can guarantee absolute security; we apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to a small professional operation.

Cookies

The public pages do not require advertising trackers. The employee system uses a secure session cookie to maintain authenticated access. Future analytics or embedded video tools should be disclosed here before activation.

Retention and choices

We retain records for operational, contractual, safety, accounting and legal needs. You may use the contact page to request correction or deletion, subject to records we must keep.

Children

Services are directed to business and adult customers and are not designed to collect information from children.

Updates

We may update this policy as technology and services change. The effective date identifies the current version.
